The introduction of a unique Quick Service department follows the world-wide trend of many 4S automobile operators.

With technological advancements, most cars today are fitted with Engine Control Unit (ECU) that will be able to capture and register all faults in the car. This ECU also acts to remind owners of when their cars are due for routine maintenance.

Most times, such routine maintenance works can be completed within a turnaround time of 2 to 3 hours. Hence, with this Quick Service department, we at Lambda Autotec aims to bring to customers the convenience of being able to send their cars in without prior appointments, thus saving them the hassle of having to queue for an appointment which at times may take a few weeks.

Service and Repair

Apart from our unique Quick Service department, we also have an appointment system where we cater to the needs of car owners who require major and extensive repairs to be carried out on their cars.

This department will cater to repair jobs such as automatic gearbox overhaul and repair, engine diagnostics checks, engine overhauls and repairs.

Offering customers with the appointment schedule system will enable us to carry out our jobs more efficiently and ensure a smoother work flow, thus producing the best service level for our clients.
