We're a team of professional ex-hoteliers who held
senior executive positions with international chain hotels. Our steadfast
concern with the lowering standard of hospitality service has geared us to
set-up this business which we hope can contribute and bring the service
standards higher.
Over the years with our extensive experience in the
industry, we're able to analyze the causes of the drop in the service standard
pertaining to different businesses. Most of the times, with the active
participation of the Business Owners, Management and Staff, we're to fix this
abstract problem.
As Business Consultants, we provide holistic and
comprehensive approach to service standard which
we emphasize the utmost importance of providing consistent professional service
standard to all Customers, whether they're regular or one-time off. The 80:20
signifies 80% of your Customers are your regular Customers who patronized and
enjoyed your business you're providing.
We also aim to represent the
customers to register their frustration and
dissatisfaction to the Business Owners directly. However, we do not represent
legally nor we solicit for compensation or redress from the Business Owners
they patronized. Our roles are basically to alert the Business Owners of the
wrong doings and hopefully they would improve their service standards and
thereby create a better place to patronize.
