What is email list?

Email list refer to the list of email address of your customers. For example if you have 100 customers and each of them give you their email address, you will have a email list of 100.

Why do I need to subscribe to your email marketing services? Can't I just use Microsoft Outlook to email my eNewsletter?

The merit of subscribing to email marketing services is it allows you more functions and flexibility than using Microsoft Outlook. The email marketing system will allow you to see real-time how successful is your email delivery, who open it, how many valid and invalid emails. You can also schedule the email at a fixed time and date and let it run automatically. These benefits are not found in Microsoft Outlook.

What is the ideal size (dimension) of a eNewsletter?

The size or dimension of eNewsletter can vary. Normally it is advisable to have the width of the eNewsletter to be less than 600 pixel because it is going to fit into the width of your email client's reading pane. The email clients can be your outlook, outlook express or web-based email in internet browsers like yahoo mail or gmail.

Do you have any free email blast template?

Yes, once you sign up as a registered users, you are free to use the email blast templates. There are different categories available, click here to view some free email blast templates. To access or use any of these email blast templates, please register as a member first, it is free for first 100 email list.

How to choose the right plan?

Monthly Plan: If you intend to email your eNewsletter, promotion or offers to your customers weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, this is a ideal and economical plan for you. The setup fee is one-time basis and you will be charged monthly for subscription fee.

Pay-as-you-go Plan: If you email your promotion or offer to your customers only quarterly, annually or as-and-when when needs arise, this plan is more suitable for you as you do not need incur monthly subscription cost. However, there be a setup fee involved every time you sign up for this plan.

Which plan should I choose if I do not have fixed email list?

You may like to try the "pay-as-you-go" plan as you can pre-purchase the credits nearest to your maximum email size. You can always purchase additional credits at anytime if you run short of credits.
